Routine matinale
One quick way to incorporate some dharma into your busy morning would be to contemplate the "Four Thoughts That Turn the Mind" either in bed before you get up or in the shower. They are:

The freedoms and favorable conditions from the human birth are extremely difficult to obtain (Human life is precious)

Everything born is impermanent and bound to die (Everything is impermanent)

The results of virtuous and unvirtuous actions (which are causes) are inexorable (We cannot escape the cause and effect of karma)

The three realms of cyclic existence have the nature of an ocean of suffering (samsara is suffering)
"Remembering this, may my mind turn towards the dharma."
